4cb586cb81 SVRL role attribute is no longer used as a secondary source for error codes when id is not present. 
Instead, error code UNSPECIFIC is used.

Highlight namespace instead of github autolink 
The XSD is not available at http://www.xoev.de/de/validator/framework/1/scenarios therefore highlight the namespace as code instead of autlinking.
